WhAt is the process?
We always have our brides come in to have a look at the current bridal range that we have already and allow them to try on a few styles. This way we are able to gauge what details they like and don’t like.
If you are happy to proceed with us, we would note down the details and get your measurements noted down for our supplier.
From here we would send these details to our supplier and keep you in the loop as much as possible.
NOTE: For our custom orders, the design/colour and lace will not always look 100% the same due to what is available with our supplier. We try our best to get it as close as possible for our brides.
How long does it take to custom order?
It takes roughly 6-8 weeks minimum for our custom orders to be made. The earlier you have the consultation with us the better it is.
Do you offer alterations after?
Unfortunately, we do not offer alterations at all. If you require any alterations once you have received the custom order, this will need to be made elsewhere.
