Our tea ceremony hire package includes a complete setup tailored to the cultural aesthetics and traditions of a Vietnamese tea ceremony. The package includes items such as tea sets, decorative elements, a backdrop, traditional furniture, and candles. We offer different packages to suit various preferences and budgets, such as Premium and Luxury options, created in collaboration with our event stylist partner, Minty Meadows.

Do you offer customizations in the
ceremony setup?

We offer a variety of package options, each with its own distinct style. While our packages come as set arrangements and individual item swaps are not available, we’re happy to discuss the different looks we offer to find one that aligns with your vision. Although we can’t modify our current packages, if you have a unique concept in mind, our friends at mintymeadows can work with you to curate a custom setup. Please inquire for more details!

Where do you offer your services?

We are based in Braybrook. We provide delivery, setup, and takedown for tea ceremonies across the local area. If you’re outside this area, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance, especially for popular dates, to secure your preferred date and package.

Can I change my booking date if
something comes up?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking once, provided the new date is available. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help.

Can I hire an Ao Dai along with the
tea ceremony package?

Yes, you certainly can. If you'd like to include Ao Dai rental, please mention this when you book, and we’ll add it to your package.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, a cancellation fee may apply.
